Gave my notice- but things are getting worse and now I want to go scorched earth.

TL;DR: In a hostile work environment and finally posted notice, but I need out earlier because it’s too much. I need advice on how to get what I want out of HR. I'm not familiar with this subreddit but my boyfriend suggested I share my story partly because I can appreciate the humor of the situation and partly because he thinks it might help cheer me up. I've been a cocktail waitress for six years now and I started working at this particular bar almost a year ago when they had just reopened after being closed for a year and a half due to COVID. I was a part of their first wave of hires and because I had a good amount of craft cocktailing experience I was quickly made a bartender despite my lack of actual bartending experience. The craft cocktail industry in the Midwest is very much a “boys club” and it's still very hard to cross the ranks from cocktail server to bartender. I've dealt with all sort of harassment from guests groping me to coworkers telling me to…
