Had a job as call center supervisor back in August 2021. Had a competitor offer to steal me away for 12k more a year for same title. From 55k to 67k. I got no loyalty so I said “Sure” Well the interview process was recruiter, then panel. Both went really well and I could tell they liked me, however there was supposed to be a final interview with the man we’ll call “Victor” who would be my manager. Well interview comes and they reach out last minute to reschedule- Victors out sick. This happens two weeks in a row as it turns out he had covid, so his director steps in for the interview and hires me. The moment I met my boss he seemed to hate me hes a control freak, micromanager and bully and i’m 100% convinced he doesn’t like me because he didnt pick me.…
