I reduced my work hours (and salary) to 80% and had been taking Fridays off to help more with kids, online learning etc. during the pandemic. It’s been about a year and my wife and I agreed that this schedule works much better for our family, but money was getting a little tight. I had noticed though that I’d been putting in extra hours here and there when needed to stay on top of things and even though I was off Friday I was working closer to 85% my typical schedule. Hello, I've been thinking what would be the good new term to describe an economic system that is Not socialist/communist. Because both have their own perception/stigma due to what has been taught over the years. Allowing private profit but the said profit is distributed proportionally to everyone in the organization, not just to the one holding the capital. Thank you beforehand everyone!
