My boss lost his temper with a coworker today because he had some other issues and was taking it out on her. I told my boss in mid conversation that we should take a minute to breathe and calm down and he turned to me (he does this many times and it usually makes everyone laugh) “you shush.” And I finally stood up to him and said “don’t tell me to be quiet, I’m trying to help you.” And he said “you’re making it worse so just stop.” This was over a very small event we are making to say goodbye to an employee that he wanted to throw. I’m in some pregnancy related Facebook groups and someone asked “hey mommas when did you go on maternity leave!” So many women proudly bragged about working the same day they went into labor, how their water broke on shift, how they didn’t take maternity leave until they were in the hospital delivering. It’s just so insanely crazy that America has forced expectant mothers to work until the last second to try to save up money Cus there is NO guaranteed maternity leave. Maybe you’ll get 6 weeks off (unpaid) and your boss might give you your job back when it’s up. Other countries offer 6-12 months of PAID maternity leave , sometimes even for both mom and dad. But America ? Nope.

I have a kind of a big account 20K followers. And I dont think is safe for strangers to know where I work? What should I tell this company as to not sound rude? (They’re paying me $25 per class) New members who want to use the…
