A Sat and Sun shift pays time and a half, a M-F shift starting after 12pm pays an additional 12% on top of your regular pay, you can work a four day work week, stat holidays are paid days off and if a holiday falls on a day you have off you get a lieu day and this would be your winter shift for the next six months, how would you put together your ideal shift and why?
What Is the point of a private sector?
I mean this as a genuine question but if everything was run by the government could we not have better regulation and improve the lives of everyone not just a select few? If we made smart cities and stopped owning actual homes wouldn’t the world be better? I ask because like well yes we would want to have some encouragements for people to continue making media and doing harder jobs but everything nowadays feels unsustainable and prone to collapse

My coworkers father died suddenly Wednesday and literally Thursday morning the manger asks if he’s coming in like the fuck is wrong have some sympathy
Do as I say, not as I do
I'm a millennial and it annoys me how people blame boomers. They fall for propaganda just like our generation does. If anything our generation is screwing things up even more, things were better years ago. It's foolish to blame an entire generation when an extremy tiny percentage has so much of the wealth and power and is 100% responsible for most of the work-related problems we face today
