Have you ever been bad rumors about you at work and then you changed shifts. When I went to day shift my image was already bad. Basically the incident with me and this women I use to hang around with she basically spread lies about me in the day. A few workers came around and making off hand comments. Bringing her up all the time. The organic manager was telling me she was causing trouble still and bad mouthing me. I tried to ignore it but somebody would always bring it up. Her friends on days all disliked me. I addressed it to people telling my side of the story without going into too much detail. How did you deal with this?

I think the city could use a union for restaurant workers but I am not sure if city wise unions are a thing or how to organize one.
