i am working a corporate job in india. there is this “so called” thing like reallocation of members to new teams for every product they have, so in july i was re-allocated to a team say 'A'. here in this organization there are leads or call them point of contact (poc), they inform every one to join so and so group respectively, for each product, when i got reallocated to this team 'A'. no information was given to me nor any kind of follow up from my seniors, that i should join this group. I asked people who were working in that team what is this about “they tell me to ask 'this' person 'X' cause they dont have much idea about it, and when i asked person 'X' they also replied the same, despite working in that team for a much longer period of time.” so a two months…

Currently subbing as a teacher and only paid to in class hours or for monitoring, but completly unpaid for lesson planning, admin, and grading. I do try to keep them all the minimum as I'm working for free but couldnt bring myself not to plan classes. But which jobs screw over works the most and make them work for free?

I have been working in this company (An ecommerce platform) as a live chat representative for more than a year now, the previous WFM (Workforce Management) was chill, never had any problem with him, however the new WFM is not very good in communicating. On 12/9/22, I messaged him saying that I have a diarrhea and that I will not be able to come, he responded with a message saying that he has adjusted my scheduled off day and I should come tomorrow, I saw the message but didn't reply. I didn't come to work for 7 days after that, and in between those 7 days, I never informed them about my condition, so the WFM called me on my number on the 4th day, my mom picked up and told him that I am not well, and the doctor has given me 5 days rest-cure, later, a team-lead contacted…

I am in an office with 9 people and three of them are sneezing and coughing. I am also feeling under the weather too but for the same reason I came in. I am a consultant I don’t get paid if I don’t actually work. This really applies to the full time staff. They are going to get their colleagues sick. We wonder why it was necessary to shutdown so many parts of the economy the level of illness would have been crazy.
