I know when I went into the training role that this would happen, but it's not as often as you think. I set up the training the way the manager wants it, it looks great. Rolled out last Monday, it's been smooth sailing. Now, I have a VP breathing down my neck because it won't work for him. Hit the 'Go' button, it'll work, I promise. He's frustrated they have to be taken in order, that decision is above my paygrade. It's annoying it doesn't flow better, sorry bud, that's the system they chose, I can't make UX changes to the system. It's annoying he has to do it again because he was hired in March and had to do it. Dude, you were on the team that changed the policies and etc. We all have to do it, stop complaining.

This is a Must.
I was at UofM with a flat tire and it was during the time the memphis mobile shooter when on a rampage. I saw the car and heard the gunshots. Memphis was on lockdown and I couldnt leave. I called into work and told them my situation and the next day I got fired.. I've been depressed to the point of suicide. I was terrified and couldn't sleep for a few days after that. I contacted my closest law firm. Im not letting them get away with this.

How to know my company has union
this question might be ridiculous, I'm new to the concept of having union but how to find out if we have union in my company?
