New job and I don’t feel good about it
Hey guys, a little bit over a month ago I started a new job as a sourcer/recruiter for a big company. The job required me to relocate to Poland where I am originally from but never lived there and only people I know here are my 30+ old family members. So pre moving I was super excited obviously new country new well paying job for polish standards in a big company with career opportunities. Quick forward 1.5 month later I am absolutely hating my time here. I sit on my PC 24/7 (the job is also 100% remotely and the team is based all over Europe) I have 0 contact with people here and I find it hard to make friends and I just wish to go back to the country I moved from. When it comes to the job I find it very stressful and boring and I just…
Lyrics: You wanna? You wanna? You want a hot body? You want a Bugatti? You want a Maserati? You better work, bitch You want a Lamborghini? Sip martinis? Look hot in a bikini? You better work, bitch You wanna live fancy? Live in a big mansion? Party in France? You better work, bitch, you better work, bitch You better work, bitch, you better work, bitch Now get to work, bitch! (ah-ah) Now get to work, bitch! (ah-ah) Bring it on, ring the alarm Don't stop now, just be the champion Work it hard, like it's your profession Watch out now, 'cause here it comes Here comes the smasher, here comes the master Here comes the big beat, big beat to blast ya No time to quit now, just time to get it now Pick up what I'm putting down, pick up what I'm putting down You want a hot body?…

True Revolution
I despise this subreddit (i will blame my pro-work mexican culture) but thats not really relevant. My question goes to yall in this subreddit who demand for a change to our society or to the laws, which is all well and good. But like why dont yall protest or sum? The alt-right did it, i dont see why yall cant with over 2 million people in this subreddit. Go crazy
Hey all, Wanted to ask a question to see if anyone else has gone through this, and if it's actually legal. My girlfriend's employer (Healthcare in Michigan) mandates regular meetings, while reduces the team's pay to 70% during those meetings. I've heard the meetings – they are long and extraneous, and led by an outside consulting firm. The Doctor/owner's reasoning is that they are not making production money during those meetings. I know for sure it's not legal the way he's doing it – he's altering the timeclocks to equal out that 70% rate, reducing staff's reported hours worked, rather than reducing everyone's pay rate. But – even if he was doing it by reducing the meeting rate, would that be legal? Thanks for any insight!
