Sorry For Your Loss
I quit my last toxic workplace in June and have been helping coworkers find work at other places ever since. Every time I do I anonymously mail my ex-CEO a condolences card and it feels amazing. I'm up to five.
The future I dream of for America

I took a shitty job for a while after moving states to try and prove that I’m employable, I’m leaving due to management being intolerable. My last day is today but last night while on shift I heard that another employee isn’t getting payed for her overtime yet isn’t doing anything. I’ve had several issues here: work force posters being hidden, unsafe conditions, shitty pay and an insane liability charge along with it, drama among managers/ lead employees but this I can’t just look past. Problem is idk how or exactly what to report them for. Any advice?
This is a blanket policy for all employees. I’ll explain. Instead of our office increasing our wage, they give us “bonus/incentive” checks. They differ slightly in amount each month and there is no transparency in how/why the monthly amount is issued. However the monthly amount, for me, is about 10%~ of my hourly pay. So, we had a few employees that often called out sick and it made a mess of our schedule, and everyone else had to work harder. I am not at all a problem employee as far as absence goes. Anyway, to combat this, our office manager created a policy that if we miss even one day of work without a doctor’s note, our entire “bonus” check will be taken away and [supposedly] distributed to the rest of the staff. I use quotes around “bonus” because 10% of our pay is a lot and is not considered…
I am recently (& hopefully temporarily) bedridden due to some heart troubles that require me to not move too much. I still have bills to pay & I don’t have the money to pay them. I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask but I couldn’t find one better… any idea of ways to make $$ without getting out of bed? Thanks in advance.
Ping pong tables are the solution
Lmaooo yawning too much! Apparently he looks too disinterested and like he wants to change jobs. In reality he is just simply tired because he wakes up ridiculously early for work and then goes home to do UNPAID after hours overtime on the work phone, where he deals with super disabled and super old people with dementia calling him at all hours of the day So now he is self conscious of yawning at work Nice
