No one Wants to work anymore…
I've been actively job hunting for over a month after medical issues kept me out of work for 6 months. A lucrative job opportunity pops up, I submit my resume, they get back to me. They set up a phone interview for 9:40 this morning. I set up childcare for my toddler and take time out of my day to have this interview. 9:40 rolls around. Nothing. I start rechecking the email to see if I missed a link or something. Nothing. I waited for 30 minutes, no phone call. In the meantime another, even more lucrative opportunity pops up. I fill out the resume crap (the ones where you have to submit a written resume and fill out the same information elsewhere, ugh). I notice that the job is for fall 2022 even though it only posted this morning. I write to ask if they are hiring for later…

That caused a big ruckus. 2 weeks later the company we work for AND our company's Engineer manager told me any errors I find I need to report them before doing anything directly to “Kelly” (who is from the company we work for). I told this to my supervisor and manager. They were fine with it. Error 1 & 2 rolls in. I showed my Supervisor and told him I need to send…
Good to know you value your employees

I thought that was a hilarious (and perfect) response, though! Don’t have original link, sorry.
