If u make your boss mad and he uses your SSN to take out loans what can you do?
I have a background in sales so when I go on Indeed to see what kinds of jobs are out there I see a ton of sales positions. A lot of them will advertise $80-100k pay but never mention that it’s commission only/form 1099. I recently interviewed for a sales position and logged into the Zoom call to find about 15 other people on the call with me. The interviewer then says that we’re having a group interview to see if the job matches what we’re looking for. Here’s an idea: TELL US IN THE JOB POSTING. I wasted my lunch break on this call only to find out at the end that isn’t a set salary with bonuses, all pay is commission based. While that might work for someone, it doesn’t for me. I need a salary and a W9. It’s bad enough that I lied to my current…

Please advise on my situation
I work in a call center, am L1 HelpDesk agent. Recently, a total of 5 agents from my team have left so now it's the 2 of us that have to deal with about 200-300 end-users's bullshit while the other 2 are newbies in training I was just about ready to go offline after my shift had ended, when my team leader notified me he had assigned 15 more tickets to me which Imma have to deal with on Monday. On average I have to deal with about 20-25 tickets incl. calls a day, but since these 5 agents have left and it's the 2 of us now, my workload has increased about 3-4x. Easily. I told my TL that if they want me to bear a significantly increased workload, they will have to compensate me proportionally and accordingly expressed in %. Without that taking place I refuse to give…
So I know this is anit work but hhear me out… I work as a roadside tire technician and I have found my love and passion. I've worked tons of other places and types of jobs, from factory to kitchen, and everywhere in between. I love my job, and I'm great at it. This morning I was on my way to a service call on the nearby turnpike, in my company truck (GPS monitered), when an elderly lady pulled out in front of me t-boning my service truck. 100% NOT MY FAULT! Computer shows me traveling 57 mph, hard braking down to 27. My boss knows I'm one of the best techs he has and knows company policy is report and whizz quiz. He also know in my off time I like to partake of the herbal remedies to relax. I don't drink, I don't do anything at work, and…
