I have contacted HR and I have using my PTO/sickleave because I am emotionally shaken by the experience. I'd like to make this as difficult as possible for them, what more can I do?
Title says it all, did some digging and discovered I work for 2 compamies, both of which are MLMs and they're having me sell Inspire Clean Energy which after some digging, is also a scam! So I'm using company time to do absolutely nothing until I find a bew job and quit

Do break rooms actually provide a break?
I work at a local credit union, and I’m really annoyed lately with my lunch breaks not really feeling like breaks. I currently am without a car due to an accident, so I’ve been taking my lunches in the office break room. The break room is open, with no doors, so I usually bring headphones, a book, etc. What’s annoying me so much lately is that even when I’m clearly on break, with headphones in which I thought made it clear I was trying to enjoy my hour of freedom alone, people still feel the need to bother me. They just come up and start talking, unprompted. All the time. Sometimes it’s work related, sometimes it’s not, sometimes they just feel compelled to tell me about things I couldn’t give less of a shit about. I don’t want to be an asshole and say something rude, but damn it’s annoying.…

Quiet Promotion = Quiet Quitting
My job quietly promoted me in May when my manager quit and then I had to do that job and my own job without a pay raise. I was begging for a new manager and started to get burnt out so I started to quiet quit. I stopped taking over responsibilities that weren't in my pay scale or job description. They noticed right away and I don't even feel bad. The new manager I've been asking for, for over 5 months, start Monday when I start my new job 🙂
I started this new job, they seemed very strict from the start. I went through their training class and I overheard a conversation between the manager and another employee. He asked for a day off due to his father being in the hospital on life support. He was crying and told them he can’t focus on work while his dad was in the hospital. They told him he can’t call off during his probation period. I quit right after that. Something about that didn’t set right with me.
Remember guys, cops will run into a bee swarm to throw people victimized by predatory landowners out of their homes and into prison but will never EVER put their lives at risk to save innocent children and will in fact block anyone else from doing so. They’re rabid running dogs of the powerful and should be treated accordingly.
