Mental health issues & FMLA
I am suffering from extreme burn out at work. I am a great employee and although my work/output hasn’t suffered, I certainly have. My personal life is non-existent, I’m not even “working” so much on the hours I’m off, but just stressing about everything. My leaders don’t set an example. The things that they do with no consequence are things that would get me berated and ostracized. I receive comments/compliments on my appearance, dress, hair, body often that make me uncomfortable. I have been desperately trying to fix myself and make myself better, and I can’t. I want to take FMLA and use the time off to get help for my mental health and try to understand who I am outside of my job, but I am terrified of retaliation. Although there are laws to prevent it, I really don’t think there would ever be any consequences for my leadership…
Remember video stores?
About 25+ years ago (I'm old), I went into a local video store to apply for a second job. This was a part time minimum wage position working as a clerk. After I filled out the application, they wanted to cut a piece of my hair for a drug test. Apparently, the standard urine test wasn't sufficient. Brothers unpaid wages
My little brother has been working at a dessert restaurant, and they never gave him his last months wages, the store operates in cash in hand so he has no argument for a civil dispute either. The place is called The Urban Chocolatier Wood Green and is on 45-47 High Rd, London. Could any of you guys help me leave some bad reviews for this place, i don't want this place to get any business. They are also known for posting fake positive google reviews to inflate their rating.

Whenever someone does send an image, a box pops up that says “Images are not displayed,” and then it gives me an option to display the image if I want to see it. Usually when this happens, I'll tell it to load, and the image is just a graph or something. But sometimes, I'll click “display/load image,” and it'll SAY that it's loaded the image, but I don't see anything. So it's like, gmail is telling me that it blocked an image, but once I allow it to load, it's not there? Are these invisible tracking pixels, or…
