A little over a year ago I moved jobs to work for a boss I'd worked for before – she was offering a raise, interesting work and a new company. Great, I think – I needed a change and could do with the money. Fast forward to June this year. I'd had a bit of a wobble (wife had a miscarriage, I'd had a couple of tough meetings that I was struggling to manage, let a couple of things slip) and my boss “out of concern” essentially forced me into taking medical leave. I have been open with her that I have had previous MH issues. Anyway, 3 weeks later, I return to work and I get told I have made multiple mistakes, and that I've failed to do what is expected. Up until the end of my probation period I'd had nothing but positive feedback. I mean, nothing. Anyway.…
I work for a staffing agency and up until recently, enjoyed it. In my 5 months in the industry I was able to get 4 people extremely better paying jobs in their field of engineering. Recently I was promoted to an “account manager”. Now I try to “sell” our services to firms by presenting candidates we are currently working with who are looking for new opportunities. The only problem is, none of these candidates exist. My boss and President have both repetitively told me to use fake candidates. Candidates with perfect resumes and qualifications. As soon as the new client signs our contract, I’m supposed to say the candidate is no longer interested. They think they have come up with some new type of sales technique, when in reality it’s the same ole bait and switch that has been used for hundreds of years. Yesterday I signed a new client.…

Should I Leave from My Job?
I couldn't gather my last five years. I am supposed to be a graduate of Chemical Engineering by now but I couldn't, I want to prepare again for the uni exams for a new university. However, my parents were telling me that I was either gonna work or study. So I thought I should save some money while preparing for exams. I was a bit lavish about my salary and I could only save money that is equal to 150 euros. (May wage is 6100 TRY which is equal to 330 euros. I am working since 25th June. I earned 19350 TRY until now (1070 Euro). I should have started studying by August but I was too tired and undisciplined to restart. In my mind, the only thing that's giving me a schedule is working and if I leave now I can't study and if I leave I will be…
Got fired for taking a tip given to me
I am a high school graduate taking a gap year working, had been working at a cafe for nearly 2 months (which is coincidentally my test period). Yesterday I accepted a 2e tip from a nice old lady who thanked me for the service. She put it in the shared tip jar. I was the only one working that shift and thought as the tip was given to me that I could use it myself. I took the coin from the jar and bought myself a coffee from the shop. The owner went back through hours of footage from the security camera filming the work area and fired me on basis of theft from the tip jar. I thought the tip was for the employee but apparently the tips belong to the owner and thus I was untrustworthy and let go. It was my first proper job, and this really…
