I am interviewing with a small home building for an accounting position. I have gone through 5 rounds of interviews. COO, CEO, outside consultant, in person interview with COO and CEO, and now with a Controller with another company who the CEO trusts. Is this a red flag?

Extra work—raise amount?
I currently work at a job where I do much more than the position I was hired to do, on a consistent basis, as if it’s the job I signed up to do. I was hired to do the set up work for loans-making 47k a year. My boss has decided to give me a workload from 5 different loan officers loans, while others only deal with 1. And now someone else got in trouble from a different spa (same company, different branch) that we can't have our ear buds in because the other person got in trouble for wearing their earbuds in the hall. I ONLY listen to reddit stories on YouTube (Rslash, Mark Narrations, Markee, Lost Genre, Reddit Brew, Storytime, Darkfluff, and sometimes Ripe) while cleaning/setting up my room. I go back and forth from the back where…
