Rant: just because I am a younger/newer professional does not mean that my groceries & rent are ANY cheaper than a seasoned professional… I’m sick of that excuse to pay me WAY less. I am in student loan debt to work this “professional” job. Why are you lowballing me because I’m a young woman? Also- my masters degree cost so much more than my older coworkers did..
