Hello everyone. I finally did it. Mid group call meeting I realized I was fed up with this workplace and just….signed out of the meeting. I powered my computer down, deleted all work apps from my phone and realized I'm quitting. I need to go into the office tomorrow to collect my things and give my resignation letter. I will not be giving two weeks notice, it is effective immediately. But I have never written a resignation letter, and never not given notice.
This job was doomed to fail from the start, and, being set up for failure, I failed many impossible tasks. It is the very reason the last 2 people in my role have quit. Management takes no notice of this and thinks that I am just underperforming. I am fed up with the role and I believe management is frustrated with me.
How to I write a letter to be as point blank, goodbye forever, but professional all at the same time? I would love to have this done by end of day.
