Part of my job’s employee evaluation is my relationship with my co-workers.

The quality and quantity of this requirement is measured in how many times I go out for lunch with a co-worker, how much I talk to them outside of office hours, and birthday parties that I attend. I asked my boss what the purpose of that is and he said, “you're less likely to leave if you have friends here,” Does anybody else have a similar work requirement?
