Not really sure if this fits here, but I'm currently working as a cook for a stadium. It's my 2nd season, and when I went in to re-apply, I was offered a “Head cook” position. Pay for this stuff in my area was looking at upwards of 16 an hour, with the minimum being 11.(Not sure if it was EXACTLY 11, so I'm generalizing.) I worked 6 hours a day, and 6 days for a week. So for maximum it would've been around 500 and the minimum would have been in the upper 300 I think? But when I looked at my bank account, I saw a deposit of only $167 from them. That's practically only 4.50 an hour! The company had some complaints last year from people not getting their checks, but as far as I'm aware now, everybody seemed to have received their pay, so I'm not sure what the issue is now. I'm not the brightest, so maybe I'm missing something, or did the math wrong. But I would really appreciate some advice.
