Started my new job Dec 1st. Pay day was Dec 16th. Payroll said they made an error on my DD where it had an extra digit. The account stuff was fixed the same day I notified them of no payment (Friday), however I have not seen any money. I emailed them today and they said no payment has come back yet and that they are going to request a trace, and that I have to call my banks customer service # with the trace info?
Why do I have to call my bank? They made the error!
