The company I work for had issue with people quitting because the wage was low compared to the market the starting Hourly wage was 29$ a hour and top out was 41$ hour because the old Hr rep wasn't doing their job. now the staring wage is 34$ hr with top out being 48$ hr which is still low in this market starting should be 40$ and top out 56$ in my opinion but when people quit it gives us more power and forces companies to increase wages.
