“People who have studied for years to become health professionals are entitled and lack work ethic because they’re trying to avoid burnout”

From an Aus allied health / psychologist FB group. So frustrating to see such lack of insight from these “experienced” practice owners who are likely non-ironically trying to teach their clients how to set boundaries and stand up for themselves. Context: In Aus most allied health clinicians will have a masters degree, thousands of hours of unpaid placements, and over $50K of debt. If I saw my psychologist posting this shit I’d dump them in an instant.
