It appears that they all want job candidates with work experience, yet if one has no experience, they’ll have a next to impossible time finding a job. We need to write to our congressmen/congresswomen to demand a new regulation: End no-experience discrimination. Every company should have a training program for people with no experience and be required to hire people with no experience. Who’s with me?
