Ok I have to list goals, I think mainly personal for the work annual work review, setting goals for the next year.
I honestly don’t care, as I am trying to plan my retirement. Not saying a word to manager, as they would freak out. Plus, not 100% sure of my actual plans when to retire. Certainly not sticking around like the 73 year old on our team! That person stays for social aspects, even though we’re WFH.
I usually knock out some BS goals with no problem, but I guess I have writer’s block now. Need to submit something in 2 days.
It’s stupid as no raises for anyone due to an ill fated acquisition that is being spun off into a different book of business.
