In Oklahoma can an employer force someone to turn in their phone for the workday?
And can they lower the base pay and change the pay difference to a bonus that is rescinded if you don't comply with turning your phone in?
Have a friend working in OK, and… this just sounds shady AF… but then again I'm in IL where minimum wage is 13 and starting next year 13.50 and guaranteed up to 40 hours of PTO… so just the fact that minimum wage there is still under 8 tells me something about the state…
