Planning on pressuring my boss into giving me a raise. Then I’ll quit in a few months. I need some advice.

A few weeks back I got to see my boss's true face. I was terribly sick with covid and was bedridden for 3 weeks. During those 3 weeks I was constantly getting texts and emails from him and HR on when I'll be back. When I requested for an extra week off with a doctor's note, he said 'covid doesn't usually take this long' and that if I took another week off then I was 'burdening my coworkers'. I succumbed to the pressure and was back in the office. I was and still am super disgusted and angry by how management treated me. HR was also supporting his comments.

I plan to quit in January of next year without giving them much warning, and pressure my boss to give me a raise if he wants me to work for the remaining months, or I will quit in the middle of the year and leave him to scramble on who will take up my work. I plan to continue my schooling, I have enough money saved up to be able to live alright for 3 to 4 years without a job. I basically work the job of 2 people. All my coworkerkers already have their plates full and will for sure demand a raise

For some context, they usually hire people during the summer. I would have to give 3 months notice. I will leave at the end of March. But not before trying to squeeze every last penny out of my company like they have been squeezing all the energy out of me. I know for a fact, that it would be expensive and a hassle to find someone for my position. They usually hire expatriates and I am a local here so it is less expenditure for the company in terms of housing, air plane tickets and getting work visas and housing. With me, they don't have to pay any of that. They would have to use other workers already there or hire someone from the outside or raise my salary for the remaining few months or if they still want to employ me for however long. He might reject the raise but that's fine with me. I thought I should at least try.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
