Backstory: i’ve been at my job for about a year and a half and have been subject to extremely poor and unprofessional management for the past few months. I’m waiting to hear back from a promising job interview (please manifest, pray, whatever you believe in lol that i get it!) and am planning to resign from my current position without any notice if i get this new job, as my boss is extremely cruel on a personal level to me, coworkers, and patrons of the business. What would you say in this situation? I don’t need this person as a reference and don’t want to continue any kind of relationship with them or the business. Thanks
