I work at a company who's motto is basically play hard, work hard. It drives me insane!
I am top half of workers in my job and get on with everyone but I don't see why I need to go out for drinks on a Friday night after spending a full week with you!
Honestly if my boss expects me to go for a drink to 'be part of the team' why cant we leave at 3pm and have that drink and why is it expected I have to stay until the last train like everyone else?
Im sick of my weekend being ruined by being hungover from shit Friday night conversations with people I just spent the last 5 days with!
Anyone else feel the same?
