Playing a game with my boss: AITA

Tl;Dr: I will be leveraging my two week notice against demands I need satisfied in order to stay. The rules are simple, if they reject my demand, I leave with no further notice. I have the advantage this week, as I am the only full time person on my shift and the government inspection is this week. I will update daily Full story: This started three weeks ago when I asked to be transferred to another branch. My job requires a “three week notice” policy signed, and if you fail to provide 3 weeks notice they reduce your pay rate to minimum wage for your last check. I agreed under the auspice that it is a safety sensitive job, and short notice could result in real life harm. The manager at the other branch is not allowed to poach and cannot initiate any transfer, but if you are planning on…

Full story: This started three weeks ago when I asked to be transferred to another branch. My job requires a “three week notice” policy signed, and if you fail to provide 3 weeks notice they reduce your pay rate to minimum wage for your last check. I agreed under the auspice that it is a safety sensitive job, and short notice could result in real life harm. The manager at the other branch is not allowed to poach and cannot initiate any transfer, but if you are planning on leaving anyway, the owners would rather keep you in company. I told my manager that I intended to leave, and could finish out my final weeks from whatever date they could work out with the other but I was unwilling to stay for numerous reasons. I informed them of the conversation I had had with the other manager. I knew they were going to milk me for what I'm worth as I was not and still am not the only person resigning. I told multiple coworkers “X is going to take their sweet ass time transferring me, aren't they?”.
A week later I asked if there was any update, to which I was informed they didn't know they had to make the call. It was a miscommunication, poor manager just misunderstood the conversation. Of course 😉 . Two weeks in, I asked them for an update, and they explained that because they had to fill in for more staff who'd left that week, they were “tied up all day.” Starting to get the picture? They was busy all day, so she never had time that week for a ten minute phone conversation… in two weeks.
Which brings us to today. What a glorious day indeed. It is thanks to each and every one of y'all that chose to share, upvote and comment in this community that I have the strength to walk in and tell them, “my time is valuable too.” I will ask them to play a game, since they seem to love playing with me so much. Meet my demands or I walk, which I see as a win-win for me: either I end up bettering the place, or I no longer have to be miserable there.
Or AITA?
I will be posting updates so keep a lookout
