If you value your mental health just don't do it. I thought this was a good company, but BOY was I wrong!!!! Working as a CSR there was absolutely horrible. They don't train you at all and they just throw you to the phones to all the angry customers with no help. It's to the point where I dread waking up every morning. Can anyone relate?
