Ok so a month ago corporate sent 3 of our employees to another store because it was short handed. 1 1/2 weeks later 2 quit due to racist comments by our regional manager. Comments she doesn’t deny. Let’s get it straight. How shift lead talks isn’t “ghetto.” You wanna see & hear ghetto? Get me drunk & pissed off. I’ll show you ghetto talk…I’ll show you wrestler promo designed to BURY you. I’ll show you someone whose willing to start throwing heymakers. What’s worse is the GM of that store quit due to the stress. Short staffed store hires someone then sends them to my store. I ask shift lead what the hell are they doing?! If their so short handed why send people to our store? Last Friday before I leave for the day they want to move another shift lead to another short handed store. I know she’ll say no because our schedule helps her personal life. I’ve been around her for 4 years….you force something on her she’ll quit. I don’t hate my GM but she is naive as hell
