You know when you upload your resume that has ALL of the information they could possibly need but they still want you to meticulously re write your resume on their own site line by line? Its a waste of everyone's time. Lately I've just been writing “See Resume” in those required fields. Call it lazy, but it is much lazier for the employer to need you to re-enter all your information so they don't have to click on a PDF.
