I had a quick question. Yesterday I picked up 3 hours overtime before my shift today. I was not being able to come in early due to unforeseen circumstances, and I asked my supervisor if i would be penalized, and she said they would take that time away from my regular time. (8 hours-3 hours= 5 hours) so I’m not getting paid for the time I was here? Is this legal?
