Boss at my workplace always gives us an endless backlog of programs to be completed (I work in an IT industry).
So I had a coworker which decided to work his wage and created a massive backlog. Month later when he left, it became our task to manage what he left behind and were required to OT multiple days.
If you plan to leave this kind of trouble, atleast warn us or even suggest leaving together. Now I have also started to work my wage but am still looking for a job… I need the money and cant just quit working otherwise i would.
