I interviewed months ago for a position. While trying to schedule the second round I was told they offered the position to someone else.
Then I saw via LinkedIn a few weeks later the position came back on. The recruiter reached out and told me the person they offered it to passed on the role and they were reviewing candidates again. Radio silence from them even though I thought they’d want to see if I was interested.
That was over a month ago. I saw there was like 8 applicants on their LI job posting and now 5 weeks later the recruiter has come back around asking if I’m interested in it.
I’m just not sure. Seems like I’m their last resort. Opinions?
