Where to start?
I work for a tech-based company (medical field and fairly new). We're in series F funding I believe, something like 1400 employees total. We had inappropriate layoffs in July, and everything has been spiraling since then. A high up employee was recently fired for fraud and we've lost some business from it, our sales team has been hemorrhaged more and more through upper management's lies and constant changing of what our company can offer and changes with commission and pretty much everything. There are about 7 operations team leads who were told in writing that they would continue to be remote and they can move far from their headquarters (and they needed to due to not getting paid enough for the housing costs of the area), now suddenly they're being told they have to come back in starting March. Just a few recent examples of grievances.
I know plenty of my colleagues are very unhappy, but I'm unaware of anyone truly taking any action. I'm not sure if anything can be done, but if a union were an option, how could I find out? Is there such a thing as a consultation? Are there any other options anyone is aware of/experienced with?
