Hello, I recently accepted an offer (dependent on physical and drug screen) for a company in which operating a company vehicle is part of the position. I've been on presciption adderall roughly 45 months and it showed up as such on the test. I was recently informed that ” We will be unable to move forward” and that “they're sorry but it is out of their hands”. Is there any action that can be taken or am I SOL? Any insight would be appreciated.
