I was supposed to have a phone interview today at 9. I waited for 30 minutes by my phone with no real way to contact the interviewer (it was scheduled through candedly) and never got a ring. Instead, I got a voice-mail that my phone never notified me of and had to leave a voice-mail. Is this normal? I understand recruiters have a lot on their plate, but I just feel so frustrated and defeated.
