Can’t wait to get my raise! Because obviously they’re going to use the extra profit to give back to the people that, ya know, MAKE THE MONEY! Or maybe the price changes are to adjust for inflation… oh then our wages should probably rise with inflation too..
Lolli & Pops is already way overpriced. I quit and came back as a Shift Lead and am making ONE DOLLAR over minimum wage despite being in a leadership role AND not having to be trained since I came back. I never received a performance based raise the 2 years I worked there. The people I know who did stay got PENNIES and I think make 10-50 more CENTS than I do. A YouTuber came in and we comped her $1300 worth of stuff. 2 of my paychecks. But they “can’t afford” to pay us more. I’m so sick of corporate greed
