Have the app downloaded and signed in. Search for jobs NOT signed in, in a browser. This will show ALL of the jobs available, not just what matches your resume. Search job on the app that you want to apply. Repeat. I just figured this out today, I hope it helps someone who is struggling finding a decent job like I am.
