I’ve been working for this company for a few months now and it’s such a toxic environment. They get so many applicants a year, but I would say this company had the worst leadership imaginable. They act like they are about work/life balance, but they aren’t. They boast about their benefits, but there’s an expectation that you should work 80+ hours a week. I’ve been mistreated by management so much to where I want to quit. They hide behind values of diversity and support just to reel you in, but it’s just so they can brag about the number of applicants they turned down and mistreat the employees they have.
