Pretty much what it says in the title.
Applied to a role within my company with a large pay increase ( to me as an entry level worker anyway), only to find out today the position I left is having wage raised to almost the same as me, but no raise for my position. My responsibilities have doubled, and I’m still performing my old job as well as my new.
I signed my contract on the 4th April, this comes into effect from 1st April. What’s the actual point?? I feel so blindsided but I guess I drank the kool aid.
