Protecting myself from turning down a position upgrade?

Im going to start off by saying that I actually do enjoy my job. I left some toxic work enviroments and got a WFH job at a contact centre. I have dealt with a lot of mental health issues in the past from my jobs and I want to stay in the position that I am as I know I can handle it and keep my mental health under control. My boss then came back and said “No youre the one they want” and asked me a second time. I once again was firm in my decision and said no.

Can I face any reprocussions for turning down a promotion? No extra pay was offered and I simply just want to do the same job as the majority of my coworkers.

Thanks in advance!

edit: I am located in Ontario canada, I dont know if there are any labour laws surrounding this.
