PTO Approved on March 7th then denied due to short staffing.

I’m pretty sure it’s legal for them to do this regardless of state, even more so in FL. But yeah, I took 5 days for PTO for a vacation and it was approved. I work as a nurse, do 3 12’s. TLDR: PTO denied after being approved for a month and a half. Am angry boi. Will probably call HR for no affect.
