Salary employee. Recently transitioned to a new team that loves to micromanage the simplest tasks and calls it agile. Submitted 3 days of PTO two months in advanced and just got it temporary rejected and was tasked to create a bullet list of all my responsibilities/duties and to find someone and get there ok that they can cover me while I’m out before I get the approval. Also, I need to create an out of office documented plan although my work is tracked through servicenow. Am I crazy or is this asking for a lot for 3 days?
