I missed 1.5 weeks of work over the holidays. I was just about to get my health insurance and ability to accrue vacation time. I missed celebrating Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Years. I couldn't even watch TV or listen to music, I was so sick. Just spent the days in bed or eating food. So, I come back and they switch me from full-time to part-time and I don't get insurance anymore or the ability to accrue vacation or personal days for the next three months.
