Long story short, my job has been nothing but red flags & empty promises. In general I feel like an undervalued & disgruntled employee to which they don’t seem to care. I could go on, but i won’t. For those who have been in my position, would you put in your final notice to leave or get fired? I live in a state where you can still collect unemployment after pointing out & I am a welder by trade, not too worried about not finding another job.
