Not sure if this is the best place to ask this question so if someone can direct me to a better subreddit that’s appreciated.
I put in my notice of resignation today and said my last day would be this Friday February 3. My company is trying to make my last day be tomorrow so they don’t have to pay for my February Health Benefits. I am in Oregon. Are they able to do this and if I say no are they then able to turn around and fire me? I already regret giving any notice and probably should have just waited until February 1 to quit. Thanks in advance for any help!
