My manager was proud that I got a better paying union job and that I'm working towards improving my career position. He also let me know that I'd be getting a few more paychecks at the end for PTO not used as well as first paycheck that was withheld due to their policy. More managers should be like mine, and then we wouldn't need antiwork. My two cents.
